Built in 1924 by William fife & Sons in Scotland. She is 83', originally built as a schooner she was later changed to a ketch. She was brought to Rockport Marine in Rockport, ME in the fall of 2009. Since that time she has been painstakingly rebuilt, to her original schooner design, and is scheduled for a July 2012 launching. This office has been representing the owner and Lloyds of London on the project.

This office has been contracted by the Salem Maritime National Historic Site of the National Park Service, to conduct a structural hull survey of the replica merchant vessel FRIENDSHIP OF SALEM. She is a replica of a 1797 Salem, MA merchant vessel of the same name. The vessel is docked at Derby Warf at the Salem Maritime National Historic Site in Salem, MA. Our contract calls for a full structural hull survey of the vessel to determine any condition issues and outline repairs..

Recently hired by the Camden National Bank to over see the building of the reproduction vessel GODSPEED built by Rockport Marine of Rockport, ME. The GODSPEED was built for the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation to replace the existing 17th century reproduction vessel GODSPEED. The vessel was launched on March 18, 2006 and will sail to Jamestown, VA the end of April.


Capt. Paul Haley recently completed a "CAP" survey for Heritage Preservation. This is a government organization who give grants to museums to have a conservator review their collection and give recommendations as to ways to better care for their collection and to house it along with recommendations as to restoration. Capt. G.W. Full & Associates, Inc. is the only firm recognized by Heritage Preservation to conduct "CAP" surveys on historic vessels.
